Dr. Fredisia Francis is a family physician and primary care doctor treating patients in the Laurel and greater Maryland areas. She holds certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. She is also a member of organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Christian Medical and Dental Society.

Patients visiting Dr. Francis can receive a full range of medical care. She provides general consultations and annual physical examinations, as well as treatment for illnesses. In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Francis is active in a variety of religious organizations. She has served as a missionary to the Dominican Republic and volunteered in homeless projects and youth advisory program

Education + Trainings

For her undergraduate degree, Dr. Francis attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She pursued her medical degree at the Howard University College of Medicine in Washington DC. Through the University of Maryland’s Department of Family Medicine, Dr. Francis completed her residency training focused on the study of family medicine.
